As a result of the project, we have undertaken the production of the following three main products:

1. Developing educational material for practicing healthcare professionals (available in English, Hungarian and Polish)
2. Developing (1) patient safety knowledge (handover) and (2) organisational culture survey questionnaire forms (available in English, Hungarian and Polish)
3. Methodological recommendation and guideline for organising and executing patient safety education courses (available in English, Hungarian and Polish)
   • developing educational methodology
   • assessments of the patient safety knowledge and organisational culture with the developed surveys
   • testing the developed methodology with training sessions
   • developing a methodological recommendation and guideline for patient safety education courses based on our result
